interesting Robert knowles was the first name that came out of Diaz mouth as far as back up safeties.

Diaz just gets it. He comes in and sees a secondary that are weak in coverage. So he changes their mentality to become great tacklers to limit the big plays. You can bet he is grooming his next safeties to be great at coverage and tackling.

he is the back up if you hve been watching...is he and Jaquan Johnson

Diaz is a great communicator. Makes his point clearly and doesn't stumble.
I think he could be a Head Coach.
