Yes that’s what this is proving. These offers are nothing more than the interest post cards we used to get back in the day.

You’re right man. Kids don’t realize this. Unfortunately, sometimes it’s the people around him that are misinforming them.

Not even that. Many of these schools don’t even know who these players are. I was at a camp and saw a kid approached the coach that offered him. He tried to shake his hand. The coach looked at him and walked away (coach was lame anyway). Most of the time their interns in the scouting department send out hundreds of these offers
