Another kid that was dying to come here when his recruiting process started. Good thing he made the right choice and went to a different school.

Won one MNC and was in contention for another, instead of trending upwards to 6-7. Fvck accepting mediocrity......

Enter the NFL draft. I really feel a drop off is coming at FSU.

Is that what you think? Cuz if you look at the ESPN300 they got 9 guys ahead of our highest rated recruit. That's 9

Miami's roster still has tons of talent...

That's the scary part......
We have at worst the third or second best talent in the conference and we can't do **** with it. That is the part that is crazy about giving Al more time. Was he hampered by the mythical Cloud? Til last year's class the answer is a resounding yes. We weren't able to recruit at an elite level like say FSU, tOSU, Bama or LSU and others but we recruited well enough to beat everyone on our schedule sans FSU in 2013 and 2014. In fact this draft will show that on our worst day with depth excuses we still had top 20 talent if not top 10 depending on the argument, but we finished 6-7.
FSU has a guy by the name of Odel Haggins that has been the reason their DL is what it is and has been for a while. Unfortunately they will be fine. They will have an off year next year, you a 9 or 10 win season, but after that they will be right back into the hunt for titles. They are loaded, and part of the reasn some of us have meltdowns on here. Cause for every decent looking player we get, they get a better one. For every Chad Thomas mega stud we get they have at least one to match.....

And I'm being honest FSU's dline had less than 15 sacks all year this season... Linebackers were below average and their cbs didn't play as good as they were expected too. Outside of Dalvin cook their other 2 running backs who played were vastly overrated by the media. My cousin Ryan green who should transfer from there since they bringing in Patrick and possibly Fraiser... Nick oleary was overrated, the oline who before the season started was touted as the best in the nation vastly under achieved... And winston was horrible considering how good he really is. They are losing 4 of their starters on the line. Nick oleary, winston, rashad green, williams, Eddie Goldman, edwards, Darby,pj williams and you think we can't beat them?? Miami next year will more than likely have a better dline, linebacker core and db core. Our offensive line might be a wash since both schools have recruited well next year and we are losing 3 starters but are bringing back at least 6 guys with starting experience. The wide receiver group is a wash as both groups have an abundance of talent. Our tight end group is better than what they have and depending how we finish up our rb group will be on par with what they have. Miami has brad kaaya and they have McGuire end of discussion. Miami will beat them next year with ease.... Yeah miami may have not recruited at the level as fsu but we still have a bunch of premium 4 star and up prospects on the roster. In fact every player on the defense that will start next year outside of the dt will be 4 star or higher...

Only part I agree with is that their LBs were a mess last year and Kaaya is better than McGuire, everything else is laughable.

Go ahead and think that man. They lost a ton and will not be able to replace winston, green and the production of a few others no matter how many recruits they brought in is what I'm saying.

The thing I would say is jimbo makes changes when he sees things arent right with his team. Nobody has recruited like FSU sans Ohio State and Bama overall and while they are young next year they will surely be better than 6 wins even with the backup to winston.

Keep waiting for that drop off while they replace starters with all-world 5 stars, and we replace our starters with a 3 star from NJ born without nostrils named Shecky Goodiebag.

We're not beatin fsu in tally with al golden and no. D you have lost your mind

That said however, what I'm seeing at FSU that we can clearly see from your post is starting to be a lack of player development

They SHOULD have destroyed Oregon, they have that much talent on them. Instead, they got annihilated.

I don't believe Jimbo Fisher is half the coach that he is as a recruiter. How do you STRUGGLE and I mean going going down 21 points in some games in the "mighty" ACC with all that talent? How do you go down 2 TD's and not even get a first down in the first quarter against al golden?

I'm not sure what the deal is up there in tally, but the wheels are falling off and that oregon game threw gas on fire

Since when does a team need a Winston and Greene to beat us? We have more talent than the other 6 teams that beat us.....the difference was Golden not talent.

Unfortunately the Noles are 2 - 3 deep at every position. Don't see them dropping too much. Would be great to stop their streak over us this year. Don't think it will happen, but one can always hope.

I think if Cook does not fumble that 1st half possession when they were driving to score, FSU would have played OSU. That fumble when they would have taken the lead in 3rd quarter ended the game. they also gave away about 10 - 17 points in the 1st half.

So Oregon can't stop FSU on D, but all of a sudden FSU's D can stop oregon?

Great coached teams don't sh*t themselves because of turnovers

OSU turned it over vs bama and oregon and MAYBE would have blown both of them out if it wasn't for the turnovers

I'm sick of people making excuses because FSU got the **** ball ripped out of their hands

It's like, who the **** pulled the ball out? Even if it was a ghost and not an oregon player the point above still stands

I mean they posted nearly 600 yards on Oregon. They had a bad day with a rather young team. It's funny all of their turnovers were identical to OSU. However OSU had a better defense. FSU hasn't generted. Consistent psd Rush from their front 4, for about 2 years now. They need to blitz more as they did last year. I must say their corners were bad.

I wouldn't say Winston was horrible. He had a lot of pics but his completion percentage, yards and tds were outstanding considering he had a number of freshmen in the rotation. Greene had some good stats but he made a lot of mental issues. It's hard to say there is a development problem when you lose 1 game in 2 years and considering the amount the departures they had last year, they did rather well.
