lol I stand corrected. For the record, I would also listen if Miami called me about the head coaching position. I can guarantee at least as many top-25 wins as the last coach.

I think he will make a great DB's Coach maybe a DC at some point. It would be great for Butch to come back and make players like Ed Reed coaches.

A guy can dream right? In all honesty, how well would retired players like Reed and Lewis actually coach? It seems to me that Reed and Lewis were always coaching up other players when they played on the field.
 
I would love to see Winston Moss as LB coach. He's been the LB coach for the packers over the last decade, as well as the assistant head coach since 2007. He could do great things with these south florida athletes.
 
Ed Reed as HC is laughable. Now, as DB coach (bye, Paul) and/or co-DC? Yes, please. Kids will want to play for a HOF Safety.

No to Ray or Ed. Former great player does not equal great coach... See Jordan, Magic, Isaiah. Can't even think of any successes or flops in football
 
And please someone with a proven successful track record for coordinator. No more learning on the job
 
I love how people are quick to dismiss Ed Reed as a head coach when golden coley and no d can coach at Miami lol.

Love Ed. He is serious. He has very smart. Put him on Butch's staff as secondary coach and let him learn at feet of the master for a few years.
