Ed Reed and Ken Dorsey (Tweets)

I would love to see Winston Moss as LB coach. He's been the LB coach for the packers over the last decade, as well as the assistant head coach since 2007. He could do great things with these south florida athletes.

Why would he leave an NFL job to coach a college team in the same position?

You're not this dumb, right?

This **** right here is why people don't give interviews. Too easy to be misquoted.
Once it's out there its repeated so many times that it is accepted as truth.
READING COMPREHENSHION is in short supply.
He didn't propose himself for the coaching position.
That twiddiot got it wrong

no offense to these ABSOLUTE gawds, but the last coach they stumped for was Larry Coker...

Only because they didn't want Barry Alvarez to come in with Donna and ruin everything they had lol When Barry probably wouldn't have been a bad coach here..

per Manny's recent write up, dude actually got it right. Reed is considering doing a Jason Kidd like move by jumping straight into coaching without experience but with great coordinators.

> Former Hurricanes safety Ed Reed told Rich Eisen on his daily podcast Monday he would "entertain" a phone call from UM about the vacant coaching job if called. Reed has no coaching experience.

"The NBA did it with Jason Kidd and now I even thought about it," Reed said. "I was like 'I'll even put my name in for a coaching job because it seems like the head coach job is just to manage everybody, manage the game and try to help the offensive coordinators and defensive coordinators make the best decisions. I haven't received a call from a 305 number, just so you know."

What about Reed for DB coach? Talk about a recruiting advantage. Who wouldn't want to play under him -- one of the greatest safeties in the history of the NFL?
