It all depends on what happens with the Title IX investigation. Assuming he survives that, he'll be a HC somewhere before he coaches DL again. Or he'll retire. He's getting up there in years.

It has nothing to do with that... I think Ed is one of the best DL coaches in the country and a **** good recruiter
 
Dude just got like $45M to crush O'Douls and smash Baton Rouge cougars until he's dead and gone. Why the **** would he hit the road, stay at a bunch of Best Westerns in Laxahottchee to go try to recruit some teenage kids for six figures a year? For who? For what? He got his ring. He got his bag. Working is for the poors.

You're correct in your assessment. That's why I said big time program. He sh*t the bed at Ole Miss....but hey...it's ole Miss. He's a good recruiter and a players coach. With a great coaching staff he is an above average coach. (See 2020 LSU) it's hard to keep what he had. We've been trying for 20 years.
 
Ed's got a clear schedule and money to spend.

Word is that there are still multiple places in Dade and Broward where he has been barred from returning. Dude was an animal back in the day (may still be). I was told that there was nothing that "Ed wouldn't eat, snort or ****."
