Remember when people on this site didn’t want him as the coach? I do. Now he’s top 5 with one of the best offenses in the country.

Oregeron finally fired his buddy as OC. Now he has a legit OC. Throw in a heisman candidate at QB. LSU is now a complete team. Manny are you listening?

My cousin was a huge fan of his. I always thought of it as a risky move but he proved me wrong. Btw looking back USC made a big mistake by not making him a permanent coach

Good ol' Coach O. He got a pass for last season due to COVID, but next season... Nope. My man landed the #5 recruiting class in 2019, #4 class in 2020 and #3 class last year. So he's got plenty of talent to work with.

Produce another dud season like last year with all that talent, and them bayou knuckle-draggers will be coming for his ***.

I can not believe he admitted to not interviewing the defensive staff. Why on earth would HC's leave their staffs up to agents and athletic directors? This is not the NFL where the coach understands that the GM and president of operations hires and fires everyone. Your the freaking HC. Use your power. Unbelievable.

lol he’s just coming up with excuses for why they stunk.

Yawn. Has a Natty as a HC and Position coach. Also led Ole Miss to its first winless (in conference) season since the 80s. Was an Assistant HC for 4 different prestigous universities. Was HC for one of the best offenses in the history of the league while also being the HC for one of the worst defending Champs. Anybody claiming to have figured him out as a definitely good or definitely bad coach is delusional. His career has been about as much roller coaster of a career that you can get.

Without Joe Brady, LSU will be back to being middle of the pack in the SEC.

He was the key to their championship run, even more so than Joe Burrow, Joe Brady & those elite WR's gave them the historical offensive season they had.
The difference between 2018 Joe Burrow and 2019 Joe Burrow prove how much of an impact Brady was. Dude went from an iight game manager to wrecking everybody up.

Wonder what Brady could do in the NFL if the Panthers snatch up Trey Lance!

I would say in this order

1. Joe Brady - He completely changed the trajectory of so many people
2. Dave Aranda - He was the real HC/Adult in the room
3. Joe Burrow - As good as Brady was, LSU wasn’t winning a NC with Myles Brennan
4. Corey Raymond - Best recruiter they have
5. Verge Ausberry - Admin fixer/cleaner.
6. Boosters - Keeping everyone feed.
7. O

#1, 2, 3 are gone. #5 got exposed in the USA Today/Sexual Harassment stories and is currently suspended and fighting to keep his job

Orgeron is a corch that can recruit a bit & has boosters that will pay out the *** for recruits. Patke would win a NC as LSU's HC. He is literally Manny with charisma

For all the guys who wanted Manny fired after one game and talked about coach O, remember coach O won that natty in his first year...
