When I found out that Barrow had to convince Golden to take Denzel Perryman, that should have been a red flag.

Wow.

The two best LBs Golden has had were Perryman and Spence.

Why is a guy with that much speed playing linebacker? Why isn't he a receiver, running back or something that touches the ball?

Another Beaut. of a quote by Golden this summer was calling a 4.7 Miami linebacker "fast". Oh My Fuggin God.

His biggest most glaring failure..... They play every opponent the same. They dont look and say, ok this is a freshman we are going to come after him all game. Same lineup in base defense and play zone, every single game. You then wonder wy its so easy for the oppenent to figure out but hard for our players

It is mind boggling. No regards for opponents strength and weaknesses. Then we get torched in the first half, then they are like, oh we made halftime adjustments. **** the game was already lost in the first half, since as we are incapable of overcoming any kind of deficits. Smh

I mentioned it in another thread. We do not gameplan for a team. We do not come into a game and try to just shut something down from the other team. So they get comfortable running all there stuff because they have some success at some point. 4th quarter rolls around, "money time", the offense we are facing feels very comfortable calling plays. We have done nothing to deter them.

That was my first red flag. I mean even randy was in on that kid as a sophomore.
