Early Vegas spread...

Miami starts the ACC season late af and in the first four weeks of the year, the ACC - outside of Wake Forest - has shot themselves in the foot, the projected teams in the championship game have already lost 3 conference games.

In a year everyone wants Manny out, could he actually get to the ACCCG? I mean, in theory if he didn't ******* suck so bad. In a year this bad in the ACC, if you can't make it to the ACCCG and you're just a middling jabrone in that mess that'll be the Coastal...wtf are we doing here? You gotta go.

Exactly. If you can’t win the ACC, let alone, the Coastal, this year, then when?
 
Who says Clemson is gonna represent the Atlantic? The Wolfpack are a good team with no conference losses and now have the tiebreaker. They have one game of breathing room

Because I’m convinced that isn’t going to happen. The “hope” ship has sailed with this AD and staff. Winning this horrific Coastal means absolutely nothing to me if it means Blake and Díaz return.

I'm of a mixed mind about this. On the one hand, if we stink, it kind of gives Blake cover to blame Diaz. On the other, if we do too well, he looks good. Best case scenario is for him to be replaced ASAP and us look good, but Diaz leaves because he doesn't fit the new AD's plan.

I get it but he “usually” wins against inferior opponents. UVA may be the worst in the Coastal. But I hope you’re right.

If our BOT’s cared then your theory would make sense but since they only act when we lose 55-0 then I’m not holding my breath for the needle to move unless we lose…again.

We've already heard that some do. I just hope it's enough to act on already. My sincere hope is that wheels are already in motion behind the scenes and we don't have to suffer another bloodletting to get things rolling.

We also heard some like Blake for his fundraising abilities. Too much politics. I don’t want to leave anything to chance.

I watched the 1st quarter of the canes game vs Connecticut… I can tell you all our problems aren’t resolved. When they drove passed the half way point of the field I saw a crappy team with $h!t players not being able to do anything with the ball. One drops a first down catch, the other falls down through a gaping hole. It’s gonna be rough on Thursday.

I agree, but I don't want another rush hire where they feel the need to show they took action. Take the time, do it right. Hopefully things are taking place that we're not aware of. I'd really prefer not to have another public embarrassment.

You guys are overthinking this thing as usual. Just look At the uva tight end. Do you really think that anyone on our team will want to tackle that guy. He’s a beast
