Early Toledo Thread

Not worried about adjustments either. That's what our coaches are good at, and it's why we have been a better 2nd half team under Richt. What we are not good at is being prepared for the first half of a game. I could see us down 14 in the first quarter.

Not at all worried about Toledo. We will do whatever we want to them on offense, and the DL will control their OL.
Only thing that keeps them around is if Diaz covers the slot with the LB like last year.

Do you remember our defense vs their offense last year?

425 yds of offense, 344 pass yds, 13 of 23 on 3rd down. They led at halftime 16-10 and it could've been 28-10.

We were supposed to beat LSU, Wisc., Pitt, etc....how'd those games turn out?

Makes sense. This is going to be a close game. I don’t expect to see Perry in this game unless Rosier ***** the bed or gets hurt.

Yeah, I am not really surprised at the line. I'm sure we will play like **** on offense as usual.
 
Gonna be like the App St game a few years ago. I expect Rosier to either play well or ride the pine. I think after all the criticism these players got after the LSU game will have them playing with attitude. I expect us to smash Toledo.

We outweighed Savavanah St by 70 lbs and they pushed us around the entire first half. This happens almost every single week unfortunately. We still can’t cover short, intermediate passes either. This game will be closer than it should be unless they turn the ball over several times.
