Dylan Berymon 2026 NT/DT

I never understand the "we're not recruiting X" philosophy. We play against so many different schemes in the ACC that having a 0 tech plug against a run team like a VT or GT could really help. Maybe you don't start him against a SMU or Louisville. But he definitely brings situational value.

No because it’s not like those teams are just pounding it inside. Vs those teams you need guys who are quick and can get off blocks not hold blocks

Notice the focus and intensity in this young bucks eyes, he is football player still in warrior mind set even after the game. Playing in the middle at the LOS is grown man business, an he clearly enjoys it, we need more of these types at Miami.

This was last week's playoff game, he not only holds blocks / double teams at that but he collapses the pocket and gets a sack. So he is not a space eater.

I like the kid, agree with you he's P5. But he's a space eater. Compare his first step to that of Moten, Scott, Simpson and Blay.

I think Miami needs a couple guys like him on roster at all times. They're not easy to find, so go grab him and put him on the Cooper S&C plan. I get the base defense is 4i. But being multiple is a huge advantage over thinner teams. If we drop the kid from Arkansas, no NGs. I think that's a mistake.

I agree I like that interview. Just seems like UM isn't interested.

They do have NG they just prefer them to be 305 instead of 350

Well mean while back at LSU who doesn't have a coach, they lame duck staff is trying to stack these 3 war daddies together in the 2026 class. They are all north of 300lbs an can run, yet Miami is pulling in 260lbs DT'S. Big people move little people, an when UM gets to the playoffs those teams are all big people!!

Left to right
Dylan Berymon 6'2" 315lbs 4*
Lamar Brown 6'4" 285lbs 5*
Richard Anderson 6'4" 340lbs 5*

Only 1 of these dudes are north of 300. 2 of them are 275-280. Don’t have a problem with a big NT type I’m just telling you the staff doesn’t like those

was gonna say Nagle and Frederic are bigger than two of those guys...and the big one is a fir hydrant who we likely dont want to much of those on roster in our d

Going with the smaller dline is a mistake Pitt has smaller dlinemen that were alterboy violated by Notre Dame's bigger olIne and we will do the same to Pitt it's clinic on how big people move little people.

Nagle & Frederic are taller, but they aren't bigger.
