He also made Rice finish in the top ten in 4 offensive categories his first year on the job before going to Iowa State and having their offense break many school records. Not to mention Ohio States offense dropped over 60 positions this year without him in the total offense. Herman has been successful at every stop. He's only coaches five games, with five wins though so I guess we should just miss on the next dominate coach in college football until he goes elsewhere and proves himself and we can no longer afford him.
