-I liked seeing Gunter at safety on some series. Just a different look and I think he will do well there.
-Stacy Coley needs to be a on milk carton. WTF happened to him
-Jermaine Grace needs to start. He was a missile early on
-**** Jeremy Cash (idk why, but I hate him)
-Gus sucks. Duke, Yearby, Gray
-Felt like we should have won 40-10, but at this point in the Golden Era I'll just take a win. Idk what that means, but whatever.

Plus:

+ The Defense: They gave up 260 yards and 10 points. Good game tonight.

+ The Running Game: Duke, Yearby, the OL...all of them played their asses off. They should have had a million more carries.

Even:

= Kaaya: He started out white hot, then started looking shaky. Then the pass to Yearby happened. No turnovers by him tonight. Good job overall though.

Minus:

- Coley's playcalling: We were gashing them in the running game and we got into trouble when we started going away from it. Bubble screens have to go. Yearby and Duke were unstoppable, why go away from it in that situation?

- The refs: Took a TD away from us and the flag on Perryman was absolute bull****. We've all seen people do that in a game 40 billion times before when they drop a pick. I've never seen a player get flagged for it in a game. Complete horse****.

- Injuries: Sucks to see Kc McDermott and Gadbois go down. Especially Gadbois, because I've been hard on him all year and he played great tonight. I actually liked him getting in Gregory's face last week too. I hope it's not too serious.

- Gus Edwards: Stop.

special teams we have to change the kicker this guy is missing way to many.. This will cost us if we dont change the NJ kid out .

Yep it took brass balls for golden to start a true frosh knowing the fans wouldnt understand that mistakes were going to be made and he would take all the heat... Looks like it might be one of the best decisions a coach of the canes ever made
 
a big + was seeing lots of walter tucker back at fullback. hopefully the last of regula in that spot

he pancaked some kids i said the samething about this kid in the other thread. I wish they would feed him one or two carries to keep D honest,he is suppose to have track track speed too

Glad to see Duke have his best game of the year

Defense actually play aggressive and with some swag. We we running more of a 4-3 ?... Looked like we were getting upfield a bit more then usual.

Most important... Getting the W in coastal.

3 BAD

-GUS

-PLAYCALLING

-WE are celebrating a win like it was against FSU.. Personally for me I was glad we won, but we should of throttled them. 22-10 is not enough.
 
That DUke team had 12 game regular season winning streak snapped tonight. Thats a good football team. Jameson Crowder will be in the pros . We held their offense with almost all their players back to 85 yds rushing. Thats was a good win I am happy for the guys for coach D and Al Golden

Solid effort all the way around.
Kaaya is getting better and better, kid can play.
Defense played like they were ****ed off. Actually the whole team seemed to carry over the Nebraska attitude tonight, a little chippy.
A. Crawford is really struggling as is S. Coley.
At this point I'd like to see Berrios returning punts too.

Eh...

I'm not as concerned about the margin.

It was very obvious who the better team was.

We dominated them defensively and kept them in the game because our OC didn't want 350 yards of rushing tonight for whatever reason.
 
he look the best DB on the team, i like Gunter at safety with elder and burns pressing the wr, both have elite speed to press and stick with top wr

Simply not true. Game plan was completely different. We rarely played 2 safeties deep unless it was an obvious passing down. Actually we went to it a bit in the second quarter and that's we they started moving the ball. We stacked the line a lot more, had our backers 2-3 yards closer to the line and played single safety the majority of the game. I hate D'Ono, but I'll admit he adjusted this week....I hope it's a sign of a fundamental change going forward. I did see some of the conservative bull**** creep back in the second half, but we were up so maybe it was justified a bit.
