Duke needs 541 yards

Rushing yards to break Mcgahee record of 1753 in 2002. Duke is currently at 1213 with FSU, UVA, PItt, and a bowl game left. He will need to average 135 yards a game to break it. Will he do it?

Possible, but a very tall order IMO. I'd love to see it happen though - Duke deserves every record he gets.
 
He might get it against fsu if we pound them the way I think we will. If not, he will definitely get it shortly thereafter.
 
I think he will be over 1800 and be a Heisman finalist. Beating FSU will put him in the spotlight.

If the Duke of Coral Gables surpasses the 1753 set in stone by Mcgahee does he get a free trip to Manhattan N.Y. in December of 2014.......
 
If he played 3 quarters yesterday he easily would of had another 220+ game. I think he has a real good shot, but FSU and Virgina will have more stingy defenses.
 
I think he surpasses it if he stays healthy. I think he has a chance to reach 2,000 yards as well at the end of it all. If we were somehow to get to the ACC championship, he gets 2,000 for sure with that and a bowl to add to it all.
 
hes definitely got another 200 yard game in him. 500 yards seems acute to what duke could accomplish in the remaining games.
 
All I want is for him to go over 200 on FSU, and leads us to a win. He will break the career rushing record, I think he's just under 400 yards away.

One 200 yard game and **** pass it, **** get 342 in the other 3, combined. He will have to be great V FSU though, no doubt
