I always think about the what if had LM stayed one more year while Duke was a freshman
Duke should be the #1 back in Houston. I know he is great at catching the ball out of the backfield but he is way underrated as an actual ball carrier. In my opinion he is the best back ever to play at UM. Was electric. Every time he touched the ball their was a chance for a big play.
Here's hoping that Houston uses him in the Darren Sporles-type role. I really think this is the real beginning of his pro career, really happy for Duke
I get it. That’s what why I said my opinion. I watched Edge,Jackson, Portis, Mcgahee, and Gore. They were all great backs. But none of them had me on the edge of my seat like DJ.I love Duke, but best back ever to play at UM??? I don't think so.

Same here. Dougie PI was actually hoping my eagles would go after him , but that ended after our draft pick of a rb.
And a deadly stiff armHe is up there though.
Vision, lateral quickness, acceleration, speed, playmaking.
He is the all time leading rusher for a reason.
Only thing he lacked that keeps him from being the best was his small frame.
Make him Mcgahee or Edge’s size and his records would be unbreakable.
Still, your point is valid.
Can’t tell if you are serious but that was D’Ernest JohnsonVery strange that he played for Cleveland tonight
holy **** was that effective. Duke was unreal for us. He just played on a poor teams. Lamar Miller on the hand- never lived up to the expectations i had for him coming in. He has certainly excelled in the NFL though. And before the hate comes in, I do like Lamar..i went to Killian, but he and greg olsen underwhelmed in college and overwhelmed in the NFL. i think people forget how average they were at Miami. And a deadly stiff arm
