I’m not sure Dugans worked on catching the ball enough. You know that most important thing for a WR to do. Wiggins last year couldn’t catch a teddy bear. Cager looks like a completely different WR this year at UGA.

Puleeeeez. These kids have been catching footballs for most of their life. Coaches aren't dropping footballs. If you can touch it. You should catch it. The real problem with most talented WR's is they're usually primadonnas that constantly want the ball and swear they're open on almost every play. It's not the coaches fault when they drop footballs.

As a coach, if you are going to be the “Tough Love Coach” then you also have to be an excellent communicator.

This same issue has followed Dugans every where he has been. It leads one to believe that there is a severe lack of communication. His kids are left wondering, “What do I need to do in order to get on the field”

He seems like he tells the kids to do “blank” to get on the field and when the kids do “blank”, The goal post is moved and they are required to do something else

After a while it can get old and confusing as to what is needed to get on the field.
