Banda was the only reason we got Hall and was the primary recruiter on Frierson and Ivey. But yeah, he sucks.

Banda lol he single handily held off Saban and his helicopter for the best safety in the country. He’s landed his primary target 3 years in a row. Sucks he missed on Jobe but it happens

No he hasnt. He lost big time last cycle. Im not gonna go off on him bc i just did in another thread, but hes every bit the equal of Rumph on the trail. Hall is here bc he wants to be,not bc of Banda. He is nowhere near an elite recruiter. Not even close.

Dugans has been telling everybody within the Miami program that he’s staying. So unless he’s lying to them, he will be on staff for the foreseeable future.

So, when he gets a recruit it is in spite of him but, when a recruit goes elsewhere, it is because of him?

Hard to be considered even an average recruiter when you get blamed for the ones that go, but don't get credit for the ones that stay.
