This guy has been one of the best hires of the Richt era. The physicality and toughness of our receivers is head and shoulders above the previous two coaching staffs.

On Noles' boards there is talk about wanting to try and lure him away back to his alma mater. Have to make sure that doesn't happen. I think this staff is particularly tight-knit, and I think they feel they have something special going, so him leaving for state would be unlikely.

I agree man our WR's are beast with his coaching and I love his intensity, I hope we keep him for a while.

He has the passing game coordinator title here. His next stop will require him being full OC, and if he gets that offer I respect that he should move on.

Same thing with Thomas Brown at OC/RB, he's going to turn himself into a hot FCS head coaching prospect before too long.

Yeah if you search "dugans" on twitter you'll see about all the FSU kids that want to poach him. Give the man a raise, richt

He deserves a raise. I know he's from Tally, Gotta think his relationship with Richt and his family keeps him here. Besides that, Dugans knows better than anyone that FSU is WR purgatory just like UF.

If he does go, though, Lamar Thomas is his replacement.l

Yea. Wouldn’t be surprised if they’re trying to lure him. Wouldn’t be surprised if he’s interested either. He went there....and he’s from Tally (FAMU high grad)

We will see but sometimes relationships matter more, just how Thomas Brown left his alma mater to come here because he was coached by richt. Dugans was recruited and coached by him too and are close.

If he were to leave wouldn’t mind us going after Lamar Thomas

Mark Richt said, "I just call the plays. Dugans handles the WR rotation." So, remember when folks were complaining about the fades to the tiny WRs rather than Langham and Richards? Does Dugans get a pass for that? Langham's involvement?

Just Curious.

We need to give the man a raise.

He's done a great job.

You best believe if FSU comes calling and offers him more money he will be interested.

He played under Richt.

Unless FSU is offering him OC or a gigantic raise, don't see how he would leave him.
