Dugans hired by FSU

Couple things we will miss from dugans. He had the Wrs blocking very well. I think in Enos system that could have been very valuable. Another thing is he was a great recruiter.

Some things we wont miss. WRs really couldnt get any separation. Whether that was technique or the system or both is up for debate. They also had a ton of drops. Also, the ridiculous substitutions wont be missed. I dont think I have ever seen a team that had different WRs in on every drive, it was infuriating.

if you thought he did a good job this year as a coach then you weren't paying attention at all. he was awful this year. on top of that, his room was absolutely fractured. he deserves a lot of the blame.

no one cares if he took another job. this wasnt news that he was gonna go to FSU. it was rumored for a while that FSU would hire him once he was fired. everyone is saying how bad he was this year on and off the field, which is true. overall, his tenure wasnt terrible, but this year nearly cost us all our WR depth due to his own issues as a coach

They are really close friends and already coached together for years at USF. God I love our retarded fan base

It has EVERYTHING to do with our new wr coach! He had BETTER be an improvement over Dugans or that's egg number one in Manny's face!

Dugans was absolute garbage as a coach. He could recruit, sure. But none of his recruits made an impact. JT was somehow a Kuligowski guy with the St. Louis connection IIRC. Only wide receiver that improved under him was Berrios.

Drops for sure but it was a mystery where the Qbs would place the ball each time

Time will tell after the abortion of a season we had specifically on offense I would find it hard to keep anyone on that side of the ball. Fact is our wrs underperformed all season and that may have been more on Richt then Dugans, but Manny hired a new OC and him and manny will want the guys they think will do a better job.

Dugans wasn’t some unreplaceble coach. After the season we lost our best wr (Thomas) who I doubt would have come back if things didn’t change. Not to mention we had several other rumored transfers that may have happened had Richt and co not been shown the door.

So all the blame went from Mork and the qbs to the former wr coach now ? Again, why did Hartley have to go?

Again with the so called rumors! I'm so happy we were able to hire Dabo as our new head coach!
