Trying to clean the stench and all habits of Richt from the offense completely and start 100% fresh I would guess. It's a ballsy move but **** it im rolling with it

I'll give you the terrible accuracy of the QBs but what we're we paying Dugans to do exactly? If guys were struggling catching the ball he needed to get them on the jugs machine, doing drills, coach catching with your hands. He wasn't the o line coach...well maybe he could be.

Every receiver on the roster wanted out and was dissatisfied with the situation but we should keep dugans and the crowd that says keep Hartley I'm failing to understand the logic besides recruiting. Y'all think Hartley would have stayed if he was reduced to recruiting coordinator?

I personally say peace out to both and am glad we cleaned house it was necessary and a must for me.

Pretty sure Richt promoted Patke 2 times not Diaz. Either way Finley was the surprise player of the year and straight beast. Patke earned a year to coach LBs in my humble opinion (co-dc is too much though but that's richt for you)

How u gone say its a good move and u havent even seen the replacements?? Biased any??
 
No issue gutting that entire side of ball. Let players know it’s a clean slate and you’ll be held accountable....earn your job & PT

That was lacking severely on that side of the ball and I think Manny was pretty clear about that in his interview with Rose this AM.

Dugans and Hartley are the only two offensive coaches that I would not have mind if they were kept. I can see the justification for keeping them, but I can also understand why they were let go. Either way, they are not irreplaceable. Good TE and WR coaches are all over the country. Many of them will be lining up at the opportunity to coach the type of receivers and TE's that Miami attracts!
