On the pod yesterday Pete and D$ said they passed on Stive-Bently in favor of higher priority targets. They made it sounds like this one wasn't a whiff, but an intentional decision.

I could be wrong a bunch (thats part of it) but it seems like there is always a big drop off from the top DT's and the rest. Not saying we cant find the Moten's etc. But there is always a drop off but I do know the services are consistently wrong each cycle.

crazy part is KEY WEST is supposed to have DEMONCHE aare te commit he transferred up two years ago.

This would of been a really good talent run for them the last 4 years

My guess is we're offering and including a small NIL as a carrot. PWO on steroids now that we have 105 team cap. I think we'll see a lot of these guys going forward.
