90 mins with no traffic from Houston but they have been doing construction on 290 since I was in high school so leave early just incase.

So true about 290. It’s the reason I took Cypress off my list. When we first moved here in 2007, we hit dead stopped traffic on 290 on a Sunday. Asked our realtor if this was normal and she said always.
