Driving to college station

No idea what the traffic will be like. Leaving from Georgetown (north of Austin) around 7am….unless this thread recommends otherwise 🤔

What time are people planning to leave if driving from Austin or Houston tomorrow morning?
leave EARLY. I went to the game a couple of years ago and friends who stayed in Houston were stuck for hours.

Pretty sure it's a solid 90 min at least with no traffic, if memory serves me right.

Expectation you get there latest by 9:30? 10?
It's usually 1.5 hours from Houston to CS. Tomorrow, with traffic that will likely resemble a Mad Max scene, I am thinking 2/2.5 hours. That puts arrival at 9-9:30. I also asked around with a couple Aggies and they think that is a realistic assessment.

That said, also remember that A&M is massive. It takes time to walk from your parking spot to the stadium.

It takes forever just to walk around the stadium. It's massive, and people are everywhere. You might think you're there, until you realize you're not.

Anyone know if they’ll sell Canes gear at Kyle Field tomorrow? I want to buy a Toney jersey and hopping on a flight to Texas from CA soon

What? It's an away game lol. Afraid you are SOL for the weekend! I'd be surprised if they had a t-shirt.
