Larry Fedora as OC/QB Coach
Jajuan Seider as RB Coach
Tee Martin as WR Coach
Jeremy Shockey as TE Coach
Bryant McKinnie as OL Coach.

Then call it a day.

So we’ve come to the “let’s just name all our former great players as coaches” part of the programming already?

**** no to tee bag martini. No to ed Reed he hasn’t earned anything (in the coaching world). Everything else is G.

OC/QB - Steve Sarkisian
WR - Curtis Johnson (welcome home)
RB- Ja’Juan Seider
OL -Jeff Stoutland (welcome home)
TE - Jeremy Shockey
DB/Co-def Coordinator- Corey Raymond
S&C - either Krein or anyone w/ ties to Bama, Clemson or LSU’s S&C program

So a coach with no experience at OL

A coach with no experience at TE

A OC coaching a position he has never coached before...FYI Fedora will end up coaching RBs or WRs because that’s where his expertise is. Stop making lists.

OC/OL-Bill Bendenbaugh
Co-OC/QB- James coley or frank ponce or anybody else y'all know is elite
RB-?
WR-?
TE-?
besides adding one more coach to the defensive side and maybe getting rid of Rumph, the defense wont change much. That being said I think its important for Diaz to find a good LB/ST coach. Insert the other candidates above.

Sorry to burst bubbles but the Herald reporting Diaz leaning in the way of Fedora at the OC spot. I’m torn on that if true - on one point his offenses gave us fits and he seemed to recruit offensively ok. But on the other hand Manny’s defense played well against them and it wasn’t as if Larry was lighting up the scoreboard. What do you all think?

factors like our athletes and manny hiring better position coaches around fedora, as well as fedora being an OC and not HC sounds like a recipe for success to me.

LOL @ the shleps in this thread that totally disregarded OP's use of the term"Dream Staff".

No it wasnt because when he made the switch, FAU offense took off and was dropping 50 points on everyone.

Even when he was at Baylor, his pops was the play caller. When his pops was canned, Baylor Offense was canned too under Briles and Phil Bennett as the interim coach.

What about this guy?

I question keeping anyone from a staff that went from #2 in the country to 9 loses in the next 12 months. Manny fire the entire offensive staff, a good first move. Now he needs to upgrade his old staff because it was hardly NC caliber.

What do you think about this?

QB/PGC - Major Applewhite
RB/RC - Jujuan Seider
WR/OC - Larry Fedora
TE - Jeremy Shockey
OL - Bryant McKinnie
DE - Jesse Simpson
LB/DC - Ray Lewis
Striker - Ephraim Banda
CB - Mike Rumph
S/STC - Ed Reed

Applewhite and Fedora have deep Texas ties. We need that here. Also they are both former HCs so they will be able to keep the offense together.

When Seider was at Marshall, he had a big part during practice helping develop the kickers. He is a coach we need in here especially his recruiting connections in SoFla and Nationally.

Lewis, First Ballot HOF
Mckinnie, Future HOF
Shockey, Possible HOF
Reed, First Ballot HOF

Those 4 guys can go right after National kids and become solid recruiters just off their name. I'm not worried about them coaching Xs and Os. Also I think letting Ed Reed coordinate the Special Teams will be good. Getting his voice in the locker room will be great.
