Applewhite better than Martin.
Ed Reed was such an instinctual player and those instincts were so uncanny I have a hard time believing sight unseen how he can teach others to be great players. Could obviously prove me wrong, but his playing style isn't teachable. Would be great to have him around the program, but would rather have him start out being an analyst before getting on the field.
No on Tee Martin for me. Need someone who can spread the field with the skill players we have and should be able to get. No problem running pro concepts, but we really need to be able to get the ball to our players in space and not sure Tee fits that style.

Briles was the playcaller, not applewhite.
He got fired because he and Helton didnt get along.
His development of QBs and WRs is unmatched

Should call this a “realistic dream staff”. A DREAM STAFF got Saban as the DBs coach and assistant head coach and Sean Mcvay as the OC at the very least lol
