Any coach that is a real alpha. Then, pay for real assistant coaches.
 
That's what I heard...

Anything related to the removal of Manny Diaz is a hard no and a huge mistake for Blake to make at this point of the program history. Guy is pinching pennies because he is doesn't want to admit he was wrong by not doing any interview for Coaches last round.
 
Other rumors are that some folks in the admin want real change and are being ignored.

More, Alonzo Highsmith wants to be director ops or manager and was ignored.

Doing any of this would show leadership that Blake is a fraud.

Focus your attention on Blake.

Danny O'Shea

Mario is not a dream. He will be Miami’s next coach if / when Manny is fired.

***** NO to oscar cryer, and cristobal should've been hired way before many, his resume was way better for this job, and he's had a positive affect everywhere he's been!
