Boom, absolutely. Frost is the hidden gem best coach on the market (Soon). The Dude is nasty, but NOBODY wins at Nebraska anymore. He should have NEVER left UCF. Had he stayed at UCF, he would have kept ripping off undefeated seasons and kept creating chaos for the current system. He makes guys like Lebby, Huepel look amateur. Again, he can do that with speed type talent....he can NEVER get that type of player at NEB. Nobody can in 2022

I watched Frost up close at UCF and what he did there was flat out fantastic. He should have never left there.

I new he would kill his career there. Nobody wins there, does not matter how brilliant you are, you cannot win at NEB, Kansas and jobs like that. Especially with his style

I agree that he left UCF for the wrong job… he would have been annoying at UF, LSU, or even Tenn jobs that have come open since then…

No. Complete opposite. Excellent on offense, pace and culture. A great play caller and recruiter. But none of that is possible at NEB. Frost was more successful at UCF than any Miami coach has been at Miami in the last 20 years. Those are facts.

He will be lights out good as an OC at a big school.
 
I had Georgia Southern to win +1350. Drinks on me. I did my homework and found out Helton took the OC from Western Kentucky. And he grabbed the QB from Buffalo who had played against the Huskers last year in Lincoln. Wait til Lebby and Veneables show up next weekend.

They are phuked!!! It does matter who they hire. They can't get the Jimmies and the Joe's.

They thought that Frost would bring in a lot of Florida recruits from his success at UCF. Not so fast my friend. He can't get Florida kids and they can barely recruit 3-star players.

Nebraska is basically a G5 school playing in the BIG.

They should have never left the Big 12. They lost their Texas recruiting footprint when they went to the B1G.

There’s a huge difference between “not winning at a top-25 level” and “losing to Northwestern and Georgia Southern at home and having a far sub-.500 record as a coach.”

Bo Pellini did pretty well there, IIRC.
