Dont try and change your tune when the new coach comes in...

I argued with my friend, who is a die hard Michigan fan, about the status of their program. I told him hoke had recruited some good players and that a good coach could turn them around in a year or less. He said no... programs in shambles, they have no talent... blah blah blah. just a butthurt fan that's tired of bad coaching.. cuz I saw a roster capable of winning a lot of games. They hired harbaugh.... he still thought it would take two or more years.

Now after one summer he calls me every weekend to tell me he hopes Miami gets their guy. Last year he was ****ed, stressed, and unhappy on Saturday nights.

Now hes all full of glee and aint bashing one player.

Same will go for all of you idiots who keep say "we missed on big time recruits, our players suck, our players are slow"

How many times must it be said???

You cant judge the players with this coaching. every year we got guys who do next to nothing at Um go to the nfl to earn a paycheck....

So stop downplaying these players. we got speed, we have talent. But anyone would look slow and less talented with these coaches.

Regardless of who is hired I will give a fair opportunity to prove themselves. Do I have my preferred choices along with non preferred ones? Absolutely but even if we hire someone on the non preferred list does not mean I am going to be a mope on the boards nor a slurper. Cautiously optimistic would be the term used with any hire.

LMAO.... These players are soft and are not U style players............. NO TEAM SPEED WHAT SO EVER................ NONE
Can this group win the weak coastal ( YES ) can this group when a National championship ( NOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOO ) not even close ..... wake up GOLDEN BOYS ARE SOFTIES THAT'S WHY THEY LOVE HIM
 
A good coach can get more out of our players than Golden did. Heck, even an average coach would.

Regardless, this is the slowest team we've had since we got good. Yes, part of it is the positions they're put in, but that isn't all of it.

I hope it doesn't happen but I know **** well if we get a new hire coach that is a hot name and doesn't do well then everyone will blame the current players when the current players have gotten zero blame for al golden's blunders.

Golden had to go and was a bad coach. We can all agree on that. But we don't know if we have excellent talent or not and can win right away with another coach. These players are getting blown off the ball and demolished by UNC's of the world. Even with bad coaching, that doesn't happen. They are unconditioned and give up way too easily with no desire.

So i guess my point is I disagree with OP. it's not always as easy as you make it seem. Even good coaches need the right players, and i'm not sold on the majority of our players
 
5 year project no matter how good the next hire is. We've sucked too long now. Thanks, BOT. Gonna try another cheap **** hire? If so, #### you!
