Dont let this game fool you

For the **** in here bringing up 2017 saying we needed a fumble to win

Homer fumbled w less than 3 minutes left on 1st down after an unc onside kick failure.

We also threw an INT in the fourth when we were up 24-13

Lmao at MIAMI needing a miracle turnover to “hold on”

The truth is UNC needed multiple turnovers to even be within a TD

I keep banging the ACC officiating drum, because it's usually against North Carolina or Duke we get the worst treatment. We need to blow these guys out, or they will stick around with bogus holdings, PIs, targetings, you name it. It never fails, they call penalties against the other team when it doesn't really matter, and against us on big plays. At the end of the day, they will have 7 inconsequential penalties, and we will have 10 score erasing, drive killing penalties. That, or penalties that keep their drives going. It simply never fails.

I tend to not buy the tinfoil stuff, but my own lyin eyes over the years back you.

That's just it, I have seen too much since joining the ACC to believe they are not biased against us. Time after time after time. It's why I will NEVER bet on college football. We can talk talent, coaching, home field advantage, etc, but those ACC officials are professional equalizers. This is a game I could see us winning by 30, or losing by 10 if we don't get the "breaks". They protect the old school ACC teams as much as possible, and I don't think it's even debatable at this point.

Don’t waste your time with the gaped vaginers on here, OP. They’re caught up in what we did under previous coaches who were clearly fired for getting exactly the results they’re scared of Manny getting.

They love talking about a Folden result from 2013 or some dumb **** that Shanntard did that has absolutely no bearing on this particular game. Let them watch the game against the mighty 2-10 Battleship Tar Heel curled up in the fetal position sucking their thumbs muttering “my ******** still hurts from Folden.”

If you have any belief whatsoever in Diaz then it’s time for UM to get out of this sad rut where our fans are trembling over the likes of shytbag programs like 2-10 UNC.

I agree that's what should happen, but it's hard not to divert back to Miami's muscle memory of (1) always struggling in Chapel Hill and (2) always finding a way to lose very winnable ACC games since joining the conference in 2004.

For whatever reason, road games in Chapel Hill are ****—and the Canes have only won three up there in seven tries.

2017 — 6-0 against 5-1 and needed a late game fumble to get out 24-19.

2013 — 5-0 against 1-4 and needed a miraculous effort from Dallas Crawford to come back form 23-13 fourth quarter deficit on a rowdy Thursday night, winning 27-23.

2011 — Faded late and almost blew a 27-3 lead; surviving 30-24.

Lost some really awful games in 2004, 2007, 2009 and 2015.

If this really is The New Miami and Diaz has these kids where their heads should be for this one—fully agree; Miami wins a 30-16 type ballgame.

That said, this is always a game the football gods seem to f*ck with the Canes—the Heels always playing above their level against Miami.

Night game. Sold out. Mack Brown era already taking hold. Yes, UM SHOULD be able to take care of these guys, but because of the WAY the Canes have lost at North Carolina over the year (falling in huge holes, untimely turnovers, struggling to find the end zone / settling for field goals, etc.)—this game is worrisome until it's in the books.

Didn't read. I don't care what taco's have to say.

I don’t get the folks who point out our record vs teams while being coached by Shannon, ALverage, and Jon Richt. PTSD dudes.

Our current coach has fewer wins than any one of those guys.
