Golden was on vacation and hasn't come back yet thus him being absent. He's not getting fired and there are zero staff changes, they're all out trying salvage what's left of this class and he's in constant contact with them.

Hearing the reason that nothing is happening right now is that Al has been on vacation since the bowl and hasn't been in contact with anyone in the staff or on the roster. On top of that, when asked, he declined any efforts to make staff changes going into next year.
