IF there was some truth to the info Geo got, Al was probably trying to negotiate a way out without losing his severance. Maybe he was offering a slight reduction. I think someone mentioned that 50 or 100 pages ago. Kind of makes sense. Our problem is the school doesn't want him out as badly as he wants out. BOT seems just fine with things the way they are. Everyone should go to random Lennar development, waste a bunch of sales time looking at models, fill out all the paperwork and then at last moment go, "Oh, wait, isn't Lennar CEO the head of BOT at THE U? I'm sorry, us fans all agreed to boycott EVERYTHING associated with our school until Al is gone." Then tear up the deposit check and walk out. Just pretend you are wasting following recruiting and cost Lennar money instead.

Maybe OP mentally Golden would be gone mentally by Monday in order to prepare for his Muschamp-esque season.

I'm trying to do the same. There's no shot at all of me being productive today.

On the small chance Golden is actually gone at some point today, anyone else plan on leaving work and having a few celebratory drinks? HashtagWhereThePartyAt?

Leaving work? If Golden's taught me anything, it's the value of keeping a fifth in a desk drawer.
