Oh btw UM needs to starts pony up more money on these contracts. 2/3 years with more per year. That's a better deal, then when someone proves they got substance..... 4/5 years.

Pure toxic waste is being pumped into the entire football program both internally and externally pretty hard to understand that this all boils down to dollars and cents. Ive heard people express that they dont blame golden for staying but i must disagree, how he can sit here knowing that no one who gives a **** about the U wants him to be here and waste the lives of the players that want nothing more than to be apart of the U dynasty and win games. How can he act like he cares about this school, the fans, but most importantly the players who he exclusively shoves under bus after bus. Blake is a sack of ****, for allowing the **** show to continue, the BOT dont give a **** and its obvious, bunch of rich ******** who would rather make really dope paper airplanes out of 1 million dollar bills than to do the most obvious thing in the world and just bring back butch.
 
The admin purposely stocks the AD with morons and closet obvious *** dudes so as to suppress the possibility of being "the Old U"
 
Could you imagine, whatever job you have, if all of your peers, subordinates, customers and some of your bosses wanted you fired this badly. The word toxic is thrown around a lot, but seriously, how can he come in to work each day knowing everyone feels this way?

Millions of dollars. For that much money, I couldn't care who hated me. Don't blame Al, blame the idiots nickel and dimming him.

They figured they would get him to make some cosmetic changes to appease fans etc, and then see what happens in 2015. They didn't realize that Fat Al really wants out, so he gives a hearty **** you to everyone and tells them "I ain't changing ****, fire me if you don't like it"..hoping they would of course. The admin knows he wants out so they don't want to pay him his full buyout if he wants out....now it's about ego and pride. The admin doesn't want to be forced into paying this loser his full buyout. It's a standoff...I predict the admin flinches and he gets his money and leaves. It will probably take someone (big donor) willing to write a check to push this through though.
