Lol at intelligent people. I don't care what Donna Shalala, Richard Fain, and company score on an IQ test, what "prestigious" organizations and committees they belong to, or how much money they have in their bank accounts. They have proven time and time again to be incompetent when it comes to running the University of Miami, be it the ongoing medical school/UHealth debacle or the demise of our athletic program. These people have proven incompetent, and no amount of arrogance, money, or titles will change that reality. You can hide behind whatever bull**** you want to throw out there about why everything is under control and that these supposed geniuses have everything under control, but common sense and my own critical thinking abilities (you should get you head out of the admins *** for a second and take a look around) tells me otherwise.

"All in due time guys, smart people are handling this." Clearly by the way this program has been run, from the on field embarrassments, to the Nevin Shapiro scandal that went as high as our President who was supposedly naive to the whole situation, to the destruction of the Orange Bowl, to the multiple failed hires and multiple extensions to compound those hires across both the football and basketball teams, to the lack of capital investment (we don't even have lighrs on our ******* practice field), to the fact that our coaching salaries haven't gone up despite the meteoric rise in revenues and salaries across the country, to the fact that we just went 6 and ******* 7 in our coaches 4th year and not a single staff change is occurring, smart people are in charge and everything is under control.

What world do you live in?

oddly enough the same thing is happening at Philly... folks are saying how quiet it is, etc.. random observation

The one thing I'm pretty sure is happening is a complete wiff this weekend on recruits, and a few decommits, and transfers next week,

Miami football has been in a free fall for 15 years, but smart people are handling this.

This situation is why you need a competent athletic director that is the decision maker, not a bunch of casual football fans on the board.

I prefer suggesting Cristobal, Kiffin and Schiano.

Something is definitely happening... Um would have released a statement by now you know how Blake james does it.... My guess golden went full potato like we all knew he would when they asked him to make changes. That probably didn't sit well with higher ups and they are working on something. That's my thought on this

No they wouldn't. They don't give a **** about you. Not communicating with the public, not giving pressers, that's just more proof that the admin does not give one solitary **** about football or the fans of the football team.

To be honest, the firing of Al Golden probably was never even discussed or brought up at BOT meetings.

Football has not been a priority at Miami in over a decade.

Smart people are handling this? Like who?
