Purdues of the worlds are playing against teams with better athletes, just like Temple. No D's style is made to force teams to drive the length of the field.

Purdue football is even worse than Miami football under Golden and Dorito. No wonder they're interested......and they're always gonna suck.

wow. stephen a was right. Muschamp was a mess as a HC and he got a DC and now an HC job. Golden will be a DC. Coach D will be a DC and randy shannon who was not a great HC but had a successful run as DC (even when butch guys were gone) is coaching LB's. lol

And Randy Shannon wasn't anywhere near as bad a HC as Al Golden and was a better DC than those two combined by a mile with one arm tied behind his back

Not true. He simply had too much talent at UM relative to his opponents. He will excel where he has inferior talent to his opponents.

He won't excel at Purdue, he will get results similar to what he did here. The only difference is that an 8 win season is the stuff Purdue heroes are made of.

From the city of Miami to the Town of West Lafayette. LOL! Talk about from the penthouse to the S*#t house. There is absolutely nothing to do in West Lafayette. Purdue has a nice Campus but that is the only show in town. I have no sympathy for him.
