Should be. Could tell he was not in favor of Mario.
He was least effusive in praise of Mario- even after effing Joe Rose gave the Cristobal sales pitch. That's not to say he trashed him but he lumped him in with all the other names that we're hearing and mentioned that each has positives. He definitely is a Butch guy by far but also went out of his way to praise Chud and tell a Pagano story.
Ol Soldy also sounds like he wants a job. Kept saying how young he feels and was name dropping all the high school coaches he still talks to regularly.
No surprise. Almost ever guy they ask about the job has some additional motives.
And I'm also not shocked the hear an old guy down play his age, while touting their years of experience.
Young guys always talk "fresh, new, creative, high energy ......" Old guys are been there, done that, experienced, feel great ....... I remember being young and wondering what the heck was wrong with the old farts. Now I am an old fart and wonder what use young punks are. Funny thing is, I knew everything then and now, yet still am amazed every time something my dad told me turns out to be right. Life is just a *****.
