Here is a link that breaks down Don Browns defense at BC.
He runs a 1 gap hybrid 4-3/3-4. A lot of guys were upset that we didn't get him, but also want
a pure 4-3 system.
He is successful because of the aggressive defense and how they coach up their players.
A lot of coordinators use both with all the spread offenses out there.
The point is don't focus on the 3 or 4 man front. As long as we are dictating to the offense by
Getting upfield, blitzing, stunting and moving around so the quarterback can't sit and get
comfortable in the pocket.
