if you don't bring back students (as of now the plan is to bring it back but a lot can change from July 11th to August 17th when UM is expected to begin the semester), then you cant play football unless you want to admit your football players are essential employees and start paying them. if we get the student body back on campus, then i see football happening in a conference only type season to ensure as much compliance with testing standards as possible.
