The defensive coordinator is out here doing a masterful job lol. We are almost done fellas
NEVER before have we given up 30+ In 6 straightThe defensive coordinator is out here doing a masterful job lol. We are almost done fellasView attachment 162005
And yet Bear on gameday glossed over this and was saying Manny has made all the right decisions.
Sheesh that program is slipping![]()
I haven't watched GameDay in forever. He really said this? Lol, okay Bear.
He did. Me mentioned firing previous OC and DC and going into the portal to address issues but no mention of six straight games of HIS defense giving up over 30+ points. The Huddle is about to have Richt talk about the challenges of winning at Miami. This should be good.![]()

I missed this but Bear is normally very level headed when it comes to Miami![]()

Technically our defense didn't allow 30 to Georgia Tech, but it's still patheticThe defensive coordinator is out here doing a masterful job lol. We are almost done fellasView attachment 162005

Not sure about dominant defense, but...The defensive coordinator is out here doing a masterful job lol. We are almost done fellasView attachment 162005
And it's 30+ in 10 straight power 5 games going back to last year.NEVER before have we given up 30+ In 6 straight
I was floored when he said "when Manny got there" there was no talent!!!!!And yet Bear on gameday glossed over this and was saying Manny has made all the right decisions.
That’s a crazy *** stat smh106 teams have given up fewer points than No D Mannys defense this season against fbs completion.
That's misleading. I don't think he was protecting Manny at all. He said that Manny has tried and has made some good changes. He mentioned the transfer portal, changing offensive coordinator, replacing some of the upperclassmen with younger players, yet, he insinuated that it likely wasn't enough and that with a new AD, insinuated we all know where this is headed. And yet Bear on gameday glossed over this and was saying Manny has made all the right decisions.
He has. Just didn't execute. And yet Bear on gameday glossed over this and was saying Manny has made all the right decisions.
Manny has certainly tried and made moves but they just didn't work. You play to win the game and he couldn't. It felt better than golden sticking with No D or Richt sticking with himself and son though. He bet on himself, which I respect, and lost. He will now need a new gig in about 8 days. The way it should be.And yet Bear on gameday glossed over this and was saying Manny has made all the right decisions.
And how long were his hires here before he fired them? Does making bad hires not factor into his decision making? He has. Just didn't execute.
