NEVER hire from w/in a failed regime. The likelihood of it working out or being successful is extremely slim. That’s on every sport level.

Ever wonder why Arteaga never spread his wings and tried to get a HC job somewhere? I guess it was a combination of wanting stability and pining for the U HC job someday. Thing is, if Gino ever got canned, I don't think even the incestuous hiring policies of UM would be crazy enough to promote him.
