Doesn’t sound like CMR is making any significant changes...

From Barry Jackosn:

Richt, on the criticism he has endured in recent weeks: ““Tough stretch for sure. We all as coaches know we sign up for this, know that criticism is part of the business.”

“It comes with the territory and if you can’t handle the criticism you need to get out of the business. You have to stay true to what you feel is right. Thirty-five years of coaching, I have a pretty good idea of what success looks like. … You dig your way out.”...

Is “you dig your way out” code for “I’m reassigning my son, firing the OL coach and hiring an OC?”

If not, we fugged.

I would love this to be true, but in an interview with Kelly Bryant concerning what Miami's pitch has been to him, one aspect mentioned is how Miami should have their best offensive line next year based on personnel. This doesn't sound like a statement coming from a man that is set on firing Searles...I am praying that I am wrong.

TAKE A GOOD LOOK, Mork !

Well, he is making 4+ million a year with total job security despite barely qualifying for a bowl game. Some might consider that to be success.

Assuming that is true ( which I don’t)... if you’re the coaches do you tell a player that isn’t committed to playing for you that you’re about to fire a staff member?

Obviously not, but you also don't make a point to mention the factor of O Line either, since it has been a complete fail during your tenure. A savvy negotiator/recruiter would bypass that unit in conversation with potential prospects, and just focus on the immense talent we have at the skill position. The fact MR made it a point to mention that the O Line should "be the best O Line they have had" during his tenure concerns me immensely. It actually scares the chit out of me.

If he beats Pitt and whoever we play in our toilet bowl bowl game....he'll probably stand pat.

Which I'd argue is a good thing. It will **** off more of the fan base and when he face plants again next season it will likely bring an end to this regime a lot faster.

Stand pat *******, it's the right thing to do.

I guarantee this is what will happen.

There is always grumbling from some of the BoT when the teams sucks *** (like now). But bowl wins for some reason hold an extraordinary amount of weight that they shouldn't. Even vs schitty teams.

You will learn nothing from interviews. Blake James said he believed in Al Golden hours before firing him.

There saved you hours digging into this stuff every week
You’re correct, nobody’s gonna say in an interview in November Anythjng About post season changes...

That being said, the way richt answered sure does sound like he has no intention of honestly evaluating that Os shortcomings.

That’s frustrating.

It’s all about what have u done for me lately.

On your part....Those guys make the decisions at UM in ref to hiring...For Sports..It's Miller and Di'mare, with Miller defering too Di'Mare because of how busy Miller is with Lennar Corp. There is no speculation on what I've wrote.

You have no idea what you are talking about. Please stop trying to preach like you have a clue. The guy couldn't give less of a **** about sports. Another side of the family, who also has a board seat does, but they do not donate nearly as much and their sports passion is largely in basketball.

Since he is such a big sports proponent, please point me to his donations to the athletic facilities/programs. (Hint - there are none.).
