Why would he stay? What benefit would he get from one more year being on a team that’s probably going into a rebuild? Out of all our draft eligible players, he’s probably the most NFL ready, and if he grades out well, he should go

To play devils advocate. He might see he will play around two safeties that are going to be really good. Have the whole secondary back. One could argue, being the top guy in a top group would help your stock.

The returning talent card doesn’t work for me anymore. Manny ruined that.. I’d rather temper my expectations. Our secondary isn’t great at the moment, let’s hope they take a step to being average next year. Rique isn’t coming back for that.
