Does Mirabal get a free pass?

From what I seen we had 2 major issues.

They were able to blitz a lot, play single high and press man coverage. We struggled to communicate and often whiffed on blocks, but they were able mix things up, up front and send extra guys cause our weapons were non existent.

Our WR’s were too easily jammed and unable to create separation. Jacobs burnt them once on a badly under thrown ball. Had we been able to connect a couple times down the field it’s a different game. Seems like without Moore or Mali we don’t have faith in anyone to win the 1 on 1 match ups outside.(doesn’t help Mensah is scrambling for his life all game)

I actually think Dawson did fairly well to adjust in the 2nd half. I know people are saying he didn’t have a plan. I just don’t think he envisioned things going that poorly. But yeah Mirabal and Mario really missed the mark thinking they could fit guys into the system and make it work.

Just curious, run blocking, pass blocking?
Gave up 20 plus pressures, 2 sacks, total of 101 yards rushing including Fletchers 29 yarder last night.
We have 19 offensive linemen on the roster that I believe he recruited all of them.
Game 9 ……………
Yes, because his offensive lines have been good since he has been here. The bar is so high that we are accustomed to elite lines every year.

My guess is Miribal pitched that he would get these guys developed and well enough to play at a high level, and Mario trusted him. That clearly didn’t happen. Miribal isn’t going to get fired, but their relationship is not going to be the same moving forward

How many of the 5 years did we have elite lines?

Coaches misread the quality of the room for this season. Not blasphemy to call it out.

This is a wake up call, your evals ain’t that godly. Reinforce with the portal from here on out unless you have sure things
