does kaaya become a household name if he beats the seminoles

None of the legends started a whole season as a true freshman, as was said you won't see what type of QB he will be until next year. He's ahead of Dorsey at the same stage.

He will have to throw the ball down the field to beat FSU. Just Duke will not beat them at all.

VT & UNC were putting 8-9 in the box and Duke was annihilating them. A back with his acceleration and ability to make the first tackler miss can destroy teams when the line of scrimmage is stacked. Once he gets to second level he's getting at 10+. As an ESPN writer posted on twitter, since October first he's had 72 rushes. 5 times he lost yards, 21 times gained 10 yards +. Stack the box, we dare you. Also Brad Kaaya is 4th place in yards per passing attempt behind Alabama/Oregon/Miss St QBs. We good.
I didn't say Duke will not run against them FSU defense suck. But they will likely score against us. I maintain we will have to throw it against them as well to beat them. And I'm confident Kaaya can do it

My opinion: beating FSU this year would mean that Duke went off and that Kayaa was a facilitator when needed. However, that doesn't mean he won't have to be clutch and convert a key third down or red zone opportunity with his arm. It's just that this offense (when humming) is predicated by establishing the run first, then using play action to hurt an overcompensating defense.

Next year, though, I see Kayaa as more of a weapon and building towards a "pick your poison" offense. Good luck trying to stop our stable of backs and receivers next year (as long as our O-line holds up). Would love to see the type of game balance where we run and pass for almost the same amount of times and yardage.

Big, big, BIG difference between VaTech & UNC defenses and Florida States defense. If FSU puts 8/9 in the box, Duke isn't going to be making the plays he was making in the other games. If that is the case, we will have to go airborne to win the game. No doubt about it.

We can run against them, their scheme has a lot of DBs on the field, they can stack the box all they want, if we can block their D-linemen we have a shot to win, darling, feliciano, shane, isidora, and baby linder will be the x-factor in this game, also walford his blocking will also be key

We will run against but FSU is not going away, it will take a total team effort. Unless we run for over 300 yards, we will have to have at least 200 yards threw the air and minimal turnovers. Then again FSU may have a bunch of turnovers as Winston has been doing that alot this year and his ankle is not 100. Wish we were playing them this week actually. UVA may just beat him up tho

Make no mistake kaaya to Walford is what will win this game. ..........duke Johnson shuts the door on fsu he's not going apeshyt on that defense they're too good up front. Dukes job will be to keep us in third and manageable so kaaya can hit 5 yard curls. To keep rapist off the field.
