For some reason the Dade County Clerk's site will not let me see the docket.

A motion to dismiss was filed on April 16th by Arkansas State. Interestingly, the document is not posted to the clerk of court's website, but instead says "Pending Redaction". Usually you only find that in divorce proceedings, child custody cases, probate, and cases involving snitches who they want to protect.
