Do We Have Enough LBs

No offense to the rest of the group, but I can't wait to see Jermaine Grace on the field this year. Guy is a flat out stud.

I honestly feel like this topic has been brought up about 100 times already. (no disrespect to you Shaqs pops) There are not many LBers on this roster that I would feel comfortable going to war with. (meaning playing the FSUs, ALAs, OREs of the world) Grace, Kirby, Owens, McCord and AQM are the only ones that are really proven. And even AQM has only one year of ball under his belt and hasn't played in two years... So I don't know if I completely trust him either.

Our "BCS caliber" LB depth is scary bad. Now if we are just trottin' anything out there, then yes you are right Pops, we have 19 lbers on the roster. But if we are talking about "Real Deal Holyfield" type LBers, we really only have about 4 that I trust going into 2016. (Grace, Owens, Young, AQM)

Seems like someone is worried about numbers. In reality we don't have jack at LB. Kirby is gone after this year and Grave is the only other proven LB. Maybe throw in OWENS. Your son cod start day 1 if he brings it.
 
The fact that the staff is recruiting a lot of LBs tells you how they feel about the ones on the current roster. Like Geo said some of these guys won't be here.

The 3 LB's seem to be All in on Miami, all 3 might early enroll also. That's what happened last year with the RB's.

Miami should have just kept Cronk & Williams & shutdown RB recruiting. They got greedy & took Scarlett too. Mistake.

It didn't seem that they were happy with Cronk and Williams for whatever reason. They didn't really want to offer Cronk and really slow played him and told Williams that his offer was pending EE. I think they were happy with Walton and Scarlett but then Scarlett bailed.
 
As most noted, we don't have that much at LB. One of the positions that worries me the most for 2015. Especially if a guy like Grace gets hurt.

The 2016 kids should have a great opportunity to get early playing time.
