Do the ref's pick on the U? If so, why?

do the refs seem biased against us sometimes...yep....Do they miss calls against us that they seem to call for the other teams...yep.

But I hate that we seem to always use that as an excuse to make up for ****** play or ****** corching every time we lose because of one thing or another of our own doing. It's always the first thing out of some peoples mouths after we've screwed up and blown another game.
I would be particularly interested in the stat showing how many times Miami was called for Holding vs how many times Holding was called on our opponents. Basically take the last 5 years including 2023 and add how many times Miami got called then compare that to total called against our opponents for the entire 5 years. The results would be most interesting.

Sometimes I think we just get the sh*t end of the stick with bad officiating often, no actually bias, but sometimes I think there's inherent bias like you see with cops. They're not consciously out to f- us, but when it comes down to it, maybe it's just easier to call it against us..

No chance of that being accurate. Statistically speaking, at some point over a 20 year span , the ACC referees would make a mistake that benefitted the Canes. That has literally NEVER HAPPENED. This is being done on purpose and its much, much deeper than "the old guard ACC doesn't like Miami..."

Keep in mind that we had a game against Duke where the team pulled off a miracle win as the game ended. The refs had a chance to cheat Miami out of it and did not. That crew was suspended. lol

(Cant wait for someone to post the "cover fire" article showing all of the supposed mistakes that crew made)
