do coaches ever get fired after bowl game?

Nichols St, FAMU, UPenn, Montana, Missourri St, VMI, Youngstown st and Samford all need a coach.
 
I don't think any changes will be made. If halftime adjustments are hard to make, staff adjustments **** sure ain't happening.

I think the one thing we have going for us is that Butch is there waiting regardless if we fired golden today or after the bowl game. Don't have to mess with another school or compete with another contract, we could literally scoop him up a day or 2 after the bowl game with zero fuss.
 
Schools that fire people for football reasons might.

But Golden isn't being kept for football reasons. Anyone who thinks he is hasn't paid attention the last few days.

This. Remember, until recently only good teams went to bowls. Now teams that suck goat scrotums play them.......much like the Duck Commander Bowl.....so there may be more going forward. But, the fact of the matter is that it is good/great college coaches that get jobs after the NFL season ends in December.......
