The best case scenario for a voluntary separation would be for him to somehow get the defense play well enough to win the next three and then seek either a lateral move or a coaching job in Siberia.

-players did not get themselkves in position. But yet your scheme involves the ends switching consistently throughout the game..plays get in late.
-gonna keep getting the right players in the game....its the end of the season, you dont know who your "right" players are
