Matt Canada will not return to LSU. Apparently the Ogre wouldn't let him run his offense. C'mon coach Richt! Put your ego aside, make this happen and let Canada run the offense the way he wants to! It's perfect! Canada is exactly the type of OC we need. Let's do this!

Then I woke up.

Special teams coach and it's not even close. This is where i would actually try and consider with all my might Ed Reed. He was always a BEAST special teams player and would have learned and have access to a very good special teams mentor in John Harbaugh.

I actually think EReed 20 Boi would be a former stud player who would be a good coaching candidate. That doesn't always translate, but i think he could handle the "grind" of coaching

Lol common dude. Ed Reed isn’t going to take a Special teams job in college.

Why not? I'm not saying he is going to be an off field "development" role which is where most people trying to break into or climb the ranks of the profession start. You have to start somewhere in college and a lot of teams will use the 10th coach on special teams. I for one am happy with the job our safties coach is doing. Even glad with the on field job our CB coach is doing.

EReed20 i bet would jump at the chance to be our ST coach for 250/300K salary. He was the assistant to the DB coach in Buffalo and that is the only coaching experience he has had. Very few people land on field jobs at major places as thier first coaching job. Just is what it is inside the profession.

Someone tweet Suzy D and tell her that UM gets another coach this year (she won't already know). It'll be the only question she asks anyone until someone is hired.

I mean, you're asking that a UM beat reporter for one of the soFla rags ask a very relevant question.
Your high expectations are out of kilter.

Medley, I was simply making fun of Sue D's ineptitude..

Feels like we are sitting on our hands and not doing sh*t while everyone else is making moves. Wish some news would leak out so we can have anothe recruiter for when the dead period ends

We don’t have a LB coach. Thinking big, Ken Norton Jr. is available, having lost his DC job with the Raiders. He was formerly the LB coach of the Seahawks and USC. Can Recruit.
