DJ Johnson

I said the truth would come out when he picked a new school. Truth is he's a lying maggot, who went with the fake sick relative schtick because he wasn't man enough to just say he didn't want to be here anymore.

if that was completely the case I think he would have gone to UW though.
If 100% the reason was family reasons he'd have gone to Cal (didn't have clearance for Stanford)

So actually Oregon is the closest P5 School to Sacramento after Cal (and Stanford). Who knows if he tried to go to Cal or not though.

Don't try to tell me anything other than what the new hot rap acts and social media apps are. You trying to explain the thought processes of humans to a Living Legend is offensive to this entire board.

He went where he wanted to go and where it seemed to him like the competition would be weakest. This guy doesn't want to compete, and he'd have to compete at a place like UW, which recruits defense very well.

His family can drive to games in Eugene (473 miles from sacto) and to road games all over.

You guys love it when the 305, Made in Dade, SoFL boys stay home, why you fault DJ for the same thing?

Go Canes!

Miami to Tallahassee is 481 miles, only 8 miles different - that is not staying home. Berkley is only 78 miles.

I'm not trashing the kid bc i don't know the story, but it's not a good look.

Never fell for the fake sick relative bs. You don’t travel cross country before a a game during the season unless Mom or dad dies.

I'm ashamed to say this was my favorite squad 17 recruit. Mostly because he was all about the U when local maggots were packing their bags heading to Bama, like at least one does every year. It was refreshing seeing highly rated kids from across the country look at UM the way the local turncoats look at Baga.

Having said that this kid can eat a fat dyck. If it was really about family he would have gone to Berkeley. Can't beat an hour and a half drive.

Kid played against weak competition and built his resume on it. Told you from the jump I don't trust Sac kids. There's a reason why we in the Bay distance ourselves from Sac. lol. Saw him play live and it was like watching Cam Newton on that Buick Commercial steam rolling little kids. His school was wack and his comp was wack. You could see how he was looking at Garvin rocking that t.o chain against ND that his days were numbered here.

TBH a lot of the Northern California competition except for De La Salle isn't that good....if we are being completely honest.

But yeah, I'd agree Bay Area competition is much better than Sac as well. Just LA/SD area is much better.

I live in Sac and you are correct. They still treat onterrio Smith, donte Stallworth.... And to a lesser degree, Rae curruth as legends.... But the bay has way better prospects

Forgot about Killer Rae being from the Sac area. lol.

Yo relly, you in the hiphop game?

Naw; I mean imma hip hop die hard fan, but not in the game.

When I think about Jim leavitt the first thing that comes to mind is compassionate and caring. That cares about his players as people first.

He offered me a scholarship in high school out of a trailer. I knew he was a hard *** though..didnt crack a smile
